A Smoother Reach-Out Flow, Collaborators on Shared Lists, and Editable Notes

Kara Amantoy & Diego Carvallo August 25, 2026

This round leads with the reach-out flow: the path from requesting a candidate's contact info to writing your message and getting it out the door. We made that path clearer to follow and smoother to move through, and rounded it out with more control over your shared lists and the notes on them. Here's what shipped.

Available now

Follow a contact request from request to reach-out

We reworked the Reach Out tab so the whole path, from requesting a candidate's contact info to sending your message, is visible and continuous. Request contact info and you can see it processing, even if you click away and come back to the profile later. If a request goes to manual review, there's a clear pending state, and if a lookup comes back empty, you can see that an attempt was made rather than staring at a blank panel. Once the details are in, you move straight into generating your message and reaching out, without losing the thread.

Invite collaborators to public lists, not just private ones

Our recent Org Collaborator role lets you pull clinic managers and other colleagues onto specific prospect lists. Now you can bring a collaborator onto a public list too, not only a private one. A list your whole team can see can still have an outside reviewer flag do-not-contacts and add the local context only they have.

Clean up your own notes and activity

You can now delete notes and activity log entries you've added. A mistaken entry, a flag that no longer applies, or an outdated note doesn't have to stick around, and authors stay in control of their own contributions.

Fixes and stability

  • Dashboard charts retry on failure: a chart that fails to load now offers a retry instead of showing a false empty state

Coming soon

  • Team analytics: a new analytics view with prospect-list growth charts, so you can see how your team's sourcing is trending over time

Thanks, as always, for the feedback that shapes this. We're staying focused on making Pickle faster and clearer for whole teams.
