It's been a month since we launched Pickle 2.0 with our first customers. Your feedback is what lets us iterate this fast, and almost every change below started as a conversation with one of you. Here's everything we've shipped since.

Share a prospect list with your team, or keep it to yourself

Every prospect list now has a visibility setting. Keep it Private, so only you and the people you share it with can see it, or open it so everyone in your organization can. Lists teammates share with you show up in your Shared with me view.

Filter a prospect list by tag or contact info

Your list filters now surface tag values as options, so you can narrow a list to any mix of tags in one click, matching across tags to widen or focus a view. You can also filter by contact info to show only the candidates whose details have already been pulled, so you can jump straight to the ones ready for outreach.

Take action on a whole list at once

Select a batch of candidates and act on all of them in one step, instead of opening each profile. Add tags across the selection, update their status to move them through your pipeline, or log activity for the whole group at once. Segmenting or advancing a big list ("2026 grads," "north east," "call back") is now a single action.

Get help without leaving your workflow

A Help Center link now sits right in your sidebar, with guides and answers a click away and no hunting for a support address when you're mid-task.

• Rename a list inline: click a list's title (Click to rename) to change it, no menu digging
• See who requested contact info: a candidate's activity now shows the history of contact-info requests, so your team isn't guessing who already pulled a number
• Transfer workspace ownership: hand off the owner role when your team changes, no support ticket needed
• Copy a candidate's name: a one-click copy action on the profile
• Clickable social links: candidate social profiles are now links you can open straight from their record

Fixes and stability

• Cleaner outreach composer: the message composer layout is clearer and less cramped while you write
• ATS connections show a real error: a failed connections load now shows an error state instead of looking empty
• Smoother list loading: prospect list tables use a skeleton loader, and search shows loading feedback instead of flashing empty
• Sidebar stays put: the active nav item stays highlighted on nested pages
• Smoother sign-in for invited teammates: invited users are no longer stranded after signing in
• Accurate map pin counts: the candidate map shows the right number of pins

• Export candidates to a specific ATS requisition: push straight to a Lever posting or Workable job; rolling out now, reaching more workspaces over the coming weeks
• Get notified when a list is shared with you: a heads-up when a teammate's list lands in your Shared with me
• A roomier prospect detail card: an inline Manage button and a full-height detail view
