Contact candidates in one click

Click the new Send button on any profile or outreach window to open a pre-formatted email instantly. Phone numbers and emails are now clickable links throughout the candidate view.

Full visibility into team credit usage

Teams now have a live tracker of organization credits on the platform. Admins have a dedicated credits page with transaction history and role-based permissions — so leadership always knows where spend is going.

Coming in April and onwards

Our biggest feature to date is in the works: a new update will turn Pickle into a collaborative recruiting workspace where your whole team can source, track, and coordinate on candidates in one place — with no duplicate outreach, no lost context, and no spreadsheets.

  • One candidate, one record — if a PT is licensed in three states, they show up as one person, not three. No more paying for the same contact twice
  • Duplicate detection — get a warning before reaching out to a candidate another recruiter is already working, protecting your employer brand
  • Shared pipelines with team visibility — see who's been contacted, what their status is, and who owns the relationship, across your entire team
  • Contact info shared across pools — once a candidate is enriched, that data is available to everyone in your org. No re-purchasing the same contact
